The Pebble Creek Fitness Center offers a variety of machines, free weights, classes, and personal training to accommodate everyone's personal fitness

The Fitness Center is open Monday-Friday 5:30am-10:30pm and Saturday & Sunday 5:30am-9:00pm.
Personal Training
Pebble Creek Fitness Center offers private and semi-private personal training. The focus will be on your Fitness and Wellness Goals and may include such topics as:

Sports Specific
Performance Nutrition
Sprint and Running Technique
Strength and Conditioning Training
30 minute Complimentary Fitness Assessment with a certified personal trainer for every Member!

Group Fitness

Pebble Creek Group Fitness Classes are provided at no additional cost to all of our Members. We welcome our Members to give our challenging, yet accommodating Fitness Classes a try!

Yoga is suitable for all students. The basic postures are expanded to include more difficult variations. We will focus on strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance while moving our bodies in rhythm with our breath. Yoga is for everyone!
Every Day Fitness for Seniors
A non-impact strength class that will challenge you on any level with your assisted daily livings (ADLs) to keeping up with the grandkids.  Our non-impact cardio component will get your heart pumping more efficiently. You will use your own body weight plus small hand weights to strengthen, lengthen, and tone.
Bodyweight Bootcamp
Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, & boost balance and flexibility. We will use resistance bands,  BOSU, elevated benches and more to enhance exercises using our bodyweight.  Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
Boot Camp
A full body workout for ALL fitness levels. Our qualified instructors offer a variety in their workouts, so you will always get something different. These workouts consist of functional, circuit, muscle endurance and cardio training.
Strength Training
 A strength and conditioning workout that combines functional movements and weight training performed at relatively high intensity.
