Pebble Creek Group Fitness Classes are provided to all of our Members. We welcome our Members to our challenging, yet accommodating Fitness Classes!

Senior's Every Day Fitness
A non-impact strength class that will challenge you on any level with your assisted daily livings (ADLs) to keeping up with the grandkids.  Our non-impact cardio component will get your heart pumping more efficiently. You will use your own body weight plus small hand weights to strengthen, lengthen, and tone.

Yoga is suitable for all students. The basic postures are expanded to include more difficult variations. We will focus on strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance while moving our bodies in rhythm with our breath. Yoga is for everyone!


We believe in fitness. To be more specific, fitness for everyone, fitness that develops friendships, community, strength and self-confidence. Our Fun-Fit classes are designed for everyone, it's universally scalable (which means anyone can do it) and tons of FUN! ("Fun-Fit") Make no mistake, you will challenge yourself. No need to be intimidated, we are experienced in working with any and all fitness levels. The most important thing here is proper form and family. When you become a part of something bigger than yourself, you are much more likely to stay on track to accomplish your goals.
